AGW-SV14-B Air Compressor / Generator / Welder for Mobile Service Truck Combo Power
The AGW Series combines an air compressor, generator and welder into one setup, making it easy to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Facility managers and contractors specify the AGW-SV14-B when uptime and serviceability matter more than entry-price tags.
AGW-SV14-B Tank, Pump, and Power Configuration
Specifications cover the rated CFM, tank volume, and motor configuration that determine which tools and stations the AGW-SV14-B supports.
- Compressor Pump — Cast iron compressor pump · Splash lubricated · Stainless-steel braided discharge hose · Large canister intake filter · Oil level sight indicator
- Generator — Brush-type 2 pole 120V/240V alternator · Total harmonic distortion (THD) less than 6% · 100% copper windings
- Welder — Amperage selection switch, 170A or 220A maximum
- Chassis — Powder coated two-piece belt guard. Reduces operator fatigue on long jobs and survives bouncing in service trucks.
- Components — Regulator and two gauges for tank and outlet pressure · 150-PSI maximum rated regulator · Manual drain valves for proper maintenance · 16½-inch fly wheel · Quality pilot valve unloader AGW Series Operation
- Generator Mode — AC current only · Selector switch set to idle down · Switch is set to full throttle
- Welder Mode — DC current only · Engine must be running full throttle · Selector switch must be set to full throttle Note: All gasoline models sold in California are required to have a CARB compliant engine and/or fuel tank. Consult factory. Receiver tank required. Equipped with electric start – battery and battery cables not included.
AGW-SV14-B Applications and Environments
The AGW-SV14-B consolidates a compressor, generator, and welder onto one engine for service-truck and remote job-site work: fence-line and pipeline repair, agricultural maintenance, fleet body shops without grid power, construction punch lists, and disaster-response staging. One engine to fuel and maintain replaces three pieces of plant equipment for crews running mobile setups.
AGW-SV14-B Pump Build and Duty Cycle
OEM motor drives the pump via belt drive configuration; cast-iron cylinder construction matches the duty cycle expected in commercial shops. Service intervals follow the pump-oil schedule in the operator manual. NEMA plug configuration on electric variants determines circuit-breaker sizing — verify against the facility panel before specifying.
