Replacement Cycle and Floor Recovery Performance
Commercial floor scrubbers require periodic squeegee blade and assembly replacement to maintain water recovery efficiency. A worn or damaged squeegee leaves residual water on the floor, extending dry times and creating slip hazards. The NaceCare 904691 restores full-width water pickup across the TT 1120 and TBL 1120 scrubber’s cleaning path. The aluminium body resists deformation under the load applied during high-speed turns and edge work.
Installation and Service Notes
The 904691 is a genuine NaceCare OEM part, ensuring dimensional accuracy for the TT 1120 and TBL 1120 mounting bracket. No additional adapters required. Consult the TT 1120 or TBL 1120 service manual for blade replacement intervals and squeegee alignment procedures.
