The heavy-duty cast iron press not only produce healthier meals by squeezing unwanted fats from your meat and seafood, they also reduce cooking times by maximising contact with the surfaces of skillets/frying pans, grill pans and griddles. They are also perfect for flattening the edges of bacon/ham and sealing sandwiches/paninis so that the essential heat is unable to escape.
