Dash™, our nifty take on a traditional pestle and mortar, features a reversible bamboo lid with a variety of functions. Not only does it protect the inside of the mortar from dust when being stored, it also includes a deep groove to store the pestle. Turn the lid over to reveal a small chopping surface for preparing ingredients. Making pesto and salsa has never been easier.
Dimensions: H13 x W15.5 x D15.5cm
Info: To minimize staining, wash parts by hand immediately after use and allow to air dry. Do not soak lid. Ensure lid is fully dry before storing. To maintain best condition, oil bamboo regularly with a food-safe mineral oil.
